I am determined to get in shape again. Let's just say since I got married and especially this winter i have become a lazy butt and my butt certainly is showing it. So we bought P90x and Colin and I are determined to become healthy eaters. Maybe by posting this, it will make me more accountable. Today was day one and the workout killed me and I am definitely feeling it tonight already, I could hardly lift my arms to shampoo my hair.
And I only ate one cupcake! I made them before my plan started and now they are just sitting on the counter tempting me with their red velvety goodness, it was all I could do to stop at one. Anyways don't be surprised when you see me and I look like this:
